I contacted this company after a truly frustrating 8 hours fighting with American Airlines over what appeared to be their way of making you pay more when their website “crashed.” My needs were a tad vague and complex, but Jamie took all of the information on board and managed to save me £1500 as well as avoiding the airlines that had been so problematic for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again and would recommend at least checking what you think you can do on your own against what they can offer! I hope that the company actually read these reviews, as he needs to be given this positive feedback. Could not have been more helpful and has made me question ever bothering to book things on my own again. 5 stars!
