My first contact with Kat Heron at Flight Centre UK was in Sept 2024. After an initial broad brief and some indicative flight costs, I was able to narrow down my requirements and ask Kat if she could find me flights on specific dates. After less than 2 days Kat had booked me onto a Qantas flight into Sydney, with the return flight leaving Brisbane on exactly the dates I had requested. Everything was confirmed and paid for within 4 days of my initial contact, and I am now preparing to travel in the next few days.Since making the original booking, Kat has remained avialable for me to ask further questions and nothing as ever been too much trouble for her - I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. I will definitely ask for her assistance in arranging my next travel adventure.
