Tia Fontaine looked after us at Flight Centre and did a wonderful job. Usually I book my own travel, but we were travelling with a young baby, and Tia made everything so much easier by checking that the bassinet seat was available for flights and booking it (which is much harder to do yourself). She also found flight options I wasn't able to access online at the same price. Recommend!
