Jodie booked our trip this weekend, she was very professional and used her experience of her travels to help us. She phoned the day before our appointment to gain more information about where we were looking to go so she was prepared. We did not feel rushed and nothing was too much effort for her when we wanted to change hotels etc we found the whole process was very smooth.
