We wanted a last minute multi-centre trip to Thailand. We were quite specific about the max price and our wish list, which was considerable. We didn't expect to get everything we had asked for. Well, Rachel went over and above what we hoped for. We are now looking forward to an amazing holiday with 2 exciting excursions included. Everything we need is sorted, we can relax and enjoy the adventure. It is not often that you get a travel agent who clearly has significant expertise and knowledge, who really listens to what you need and want, and who can put that all together for you so well and so quickly.
