I have never used an on-line site that was not personally recommended by someone before so this was a test for us. I am happy to say the experience has been very positive. Jamie Bawn was incredibly patient, thorough and knowledgeable in assisting us with our holiday plans. He made changes and adapted our quote accordingly without us feeling pressured or rushed. I am very happy with our holiday plans and look forward to using Jamie again. The only downside is the full payment at time of booking, but I am happy we are covered for all eventualities.
