This is the second big trip that Josie Gough has organised for us. We enjoyed our first one so much that we asked especially for her help when we decided to do another one. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with the arrangements and can always be relied on to make brilliant suggestions. A stopover in Fiji? Yes, please! She really is an expert. She also worked really hard to make alternative arrangements when one of the airlines suddenly cancelled a flight.
