Catrina at the Kingston branch did a brilliant job organising a tricky trip to Australia via Hong Kong for my daughter and I.Due to medical reasons we had a lot of changes to the itinerary and Catrina worked tirelessly and efficiently with the airlines and hotels to move our trip. At all times Catrina was hugely professional, patient and persistent and her fast response to e mails and calls was fantastic.
