I booked to fly Turkish Airlines from South Africa to Scotland. Flight Centre advised me to pay an additional fee to secure an emergency seat for more legroom. This I did and obtained a receipt. I also requested a wheelchair. When checking in, Turkish Airlines claimed they did not receive a request for a wheelchair. They also did not give me the seat I paid for as I was apparently too old to occupy an emergency seat. Flight Centre refuses to reimburse me, although I paid Flight Centre on their poor advice. This has been going on for 2,5 months now.
