Def 5 stars for Kate, Chelmsford branch.So pleased, I went to Flight Centre.I only went in, to get a flight quote. As I wrongly thought, FC, was just for flights. How wrong I was.But then I spoke to Kate Webster, who was so helpful, full of information, and helpful advise. Nothing was too much trouble.I changed my holiday options, a few times.So I kept apologising, to her. And she kept saying to me. “I don’t mind, however many times, you change it, as long as you are happy, with your holiday, at the end” Which we are. Thanks Kate.I do prefer, to book a holiday, face to face, rather than online. Especially, when you get someone, like Kate, who was not only knowledgeable, but friendly & helpful too.I will definitely, use Kate, at Flight Centre, Chelmsford, again. Joanne Mills
