I contacted Flight Centre as our booking was slightly out of the normal so couldn't book on normal booking sites. We wanted our Son who will only be 1 at the time of travel to have his own seat and not have to sit on our lap the whole flight.Frankie was very helpful and understood our requirements straight away. After our phone conversation I was not happy with the price so said I would look elsewhere, however could she email the quote to me. A couple of hours later Frankie emailed me to say that she had found a better deal. I was impressed with this deal and decided to book this. Frankie was very friendly and helpful. She also went the extra mile by finding a bette deal even after the call had finished.I will definitely use Flight Centre again.
