Another great job done by Flight Centre! This is our third and most ambitious trip yet arranged through your office at Richmond by George Maule. My idea was to take my wife to Barbados for a 60th birthday surprise but then fly our three children out secretly two days later as an extra surprise! George was brilliant; suggesting various suitable venues that would accommodate all our needs and arranged the flights and bookings on separate booking numbers (so there was no link) and even spoke to the hotel to make sure nothing slipped out when we arrived! This was really going the extra mile but having used FC before as mentioned this was no surprise as they really do think of everything and their experience is evident at every stage. George's communication was superb, always coming back to me promptly on each of the many occasions I emailed him with a change or thought and he always seemed to be one step ahead and had generally pre-empted my question. This is the benefit of dealing with an organisation with so much personal knowledge and experience of travelling. Furthermore, we seemed to paying far less for the hotel than they were advertising on their own website and other booking outlets so it doesn't get much better than that! So thank you again George and Flight Centre.
