We were told that flight centre could book our seats and book a baby bassinet. This was a priority for us. Then we paid and secured the flights, only to be told “get to the airport early on day of the flight to make sure you get the bassinet”. So seems they knew we couldn’t book the bassinet but told us they could to get the business, then played dumb and said oh well sorry. Unacceptable.
