I called on a Friday afternoon to make a last minute change to our booking to St Lucia and New York . Imogen Altmann was extremely helpful. She provided me with the information speedily so I was able to complete the change to the booking before close of business that day. The change was processed and I had the revised documentation within 30 minutes of making the original call. I could not have asked for a better service.
