I called Flight Centre in December to book flights to SA for March. Catrina Johnson helped me to get the best deals. She replied to emails even on her days when she wasn’t working. She offered great advice when my flight was delayed and also checked on me the following day and on my return to the UK. She really took the stress away during booking and the flight itself and she really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly.
