Exceptional!We booked a trip last year with Flight Centre and recommended the company to our friends.Their trip was going to plan until they arrived at Cairns Airport Europecar hire desk without an essential document for car hire (oops) it seemed most unlikely the car would be released for them! Car hire companies have very strict procedures!We received an sos type call to see if we could help from here in the uk. (Bank Holiday Monday at 11.30 am)I called Flight Centres emergency number and was transferred to the original booking agent Harry who sourced the booking and dealt with the issue with courtesy and integrity!Harry called the car hire company at the airport in Cairns and with much perseverance and determination our friends received a positive outcome and the car was released - the process took 1.5 hours.Phew!
