We were planning a trip which involved going to the UK first to do some research for a few days then onto the USA for a long stretch of research. The consultant in question is Nastassja Tilling and it appears that she is situated in KZN (Hillcrest).
Her level of engagement was exemplary, and she was the one who called me and also dealt with me by email. In terms of communication she is alert, understands what is being requested of her and she also has a sense of humor. There is no doubt to my mind that she is an asset to your company. She asked for some specific passport details so she could put a hold on our booking as she indicated that there were limited places available for what we were looking at. She also made intelligent suggestions, and I think that she went above and beyond the level of service which is usually provided by travel companies. We accepted the quote and she arranged for us to go and pay for our tickets at one of their local branches. I cannot recommend this service enough; it was a wonderful and communicative experience which is often lacking in our modern world.
