Recently, we had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Sydney, with a stop in Singapore Changi airport, via Singapore airlines. On flight centre, we had found a flight for 4500 AUD for a family. The flight we had booked from Bengaluru to Singapore was Singapore airlines, but the flight from Singapore to Sydney had been booked by scoot, a budget, uncomfortable airliner operated by Singapore airlines. It had told us this AFTER we had paid, with no sign of scoot anywhere when booking the flight in flight centre, and we had to pay the full price, as if it was two Singapore airlines flights! We tried customer support, and they were no help, we waited for two hours, and nothing.Never use travel agencies, book from the airliner itself, very disappointing flight centre.
