Based on my experience, I can’t recommend booking through Flight Centre’s online platform. After completing my vacation booking, I did not receive any confirmation. I made multiple calls, stayed on hold, and left callback numbers, but no one responded.I then emailed their web bookings support and was informed they could not assist and was given another number to call. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again—no response despite leaving my contact information and waiting on the line.After four days, someone finally returned my call. He was helpful and escalated the matter to his supervisor, Brian Fraser, who also assisted. It was only because of their intervention that I chose not to cancel the transaction.However, the difficulty in accessing support after payment has significantly reduced my confidence in their online booking service. Given how time-sensitive travel issues can be, I would not book through Flight Centre online again. If support is this hard to reach after payment, I don’t feel confident they would be dependable when plans change or problems arise.
