If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered shoes on November 5th for a birthday gift on December 5th. I've successfully used other platforms in the past. I've emailed multiple times and the only response I receive is that they will check with the warehouse and get back to me. I've requested a refund several times and still nothing. My order status says 'shipment delay.' I just want a refund. No response. I don't think I will be using this seller again.
