I completely misread the name of this business, and when i saw it had over 7500 reviews, I came here just to see why so many people were willing to break the first rule of FIGHT CLUB. Im like "wait til Tyler Durdan finds out all you guys are snitchin! And why yall obsessed with shoes?" Im both disappointed and relieved. Lol. Carry on.
I ordered a pair of Kobe 6 Protro 'Total Orange' from Flight Club and I’m definitely happy with the product itself. If you are worried about getting scammed, don't be—the authenticity is 100% on point. The shoes passed verification at their Singapore hub and arrived with all the correct markings, the right "factory" scent, and that signature Kobe 6 performance feel.
The Shipping: The shipping time was actually quite fair. Even though the shoes started in Singapore and traveled through China and the US before hitting Vancouver, the total transit time was reasonable. Tracking was updated regularly once it cleared the initial "label created" phase.
The Catch (Hidden Fees): My biggest issue was the import fees. Flight Club does not mention these clearly at checkout for Canadian buyers. I ended up having to pay an additional $51.66 CAD in duties and UPS brokerage fees just to get the shoes released at the border. While I expected the shoes to be expensive, having a surprise bill after paying for shipping and the shoes themselves was frustrating.
Summary: If you want guaranteed real Kobes, Flight Club is the place to go. Just make sure you budget an extra $50–$70 for the Canadian border, because they won't tell you about it until the shoes are already in the air.

"authenticated" Yeezy Foam Runners for my TEN YEAR OLD, that he paid for HIMSELF as his own birthdaygift. "Mo F." With Flight Club FINALLY got back to me and told me that they were "indeed authentic ". They must have been a
"manufacturer, minor, flaw or defect", and all sales are final. The holes literally weren't even cut through. Thanks for the authenticated non-refundable Temu Wheezys.
It has now been 35 days since the company took my money for my sneakers (gamma 11) and I still haven't received them! I placed my order on December 10th, 2025, and it's now January 14th, 2026, with no sneakers in sight! They keep telling me there's an investigation, but how can it take 35 days to locate my order? I've reached out to various platforms for assistance, but I feel like I've hit a wall, and it feels like they have outright stolen my money! This is a TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I pre-ordered the Jordan Gamma 11 on December 10th with rush delivery for $444.00, paying significantly more than retail to avoid long lines. I received UPS tracking confirmation on December 15th after having to contact their support team (a major red flag). The tracking indicated a delivery date of December 18th, but then it showed my sneakers were stuck at a New Jersey warehouse and still "on its way". On the expected delivery date, the tracking said "out for delivery" but was still at the shipping center... I live in Georgia! I reached out to the company for help, but received no response. The tracking then changed to delayed delivery. I called UPS who contacted the Jersey facility, and they couldn't find my package. The representative advised me to file a claim with the company. I emailed them again (they seem to avoid phone contact for issues) and waited a day and a half with no reply. I sent another email pleading for help and finally got a response from a representative named Noel two days later, stating they were looking into it. It's now January 15th, and I've only received false promises about an investigation with no results. This ruined my child's Christmas gift, and I'm out $444 while others enjoy their gamma 11s. This is the SECOND time I've faced such issues with them; the same thing happened a few months ago with the Jordan bred low cut 11s. Working with this service has been a nightmare! Don't go through this hassle—they took my money and refuse to assist me promptly!

I would give no stars or a negative rating if possible. I ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas, and they promised delivery before the holiday. Today is 01/13/2026, and I still haven't received anything. The customer support is terrible; they only send unhelpful emails once a week. The seller even attempted to sell me used shoes during the authentication process. Although the platform claimed they found a pair and would send them, I never received anything. I've been emailing about my missing shoes and requesting a refund for over a month, but I receive no responses. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I will never order from here again—$450 wasted!
It has been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered sneakers for my granddaughter for Christmas, and there has been no update. For the past 2 weeks, all I’ve received is that they are on their way. I’m very frustrated, especially with only 3 days left until Christmas. If they don't arrive soon, I will contact the appropriate authorities and request a refund.
