I would give this service a 0 star if possible. I ordered shoes on November 5th for a birthday gift on December 5th. I've had successful experiences with similar platforms before. Despite numerous emails, the only reply I receive is that they will check with the warehouse and get back to me. I've repeatedly requested a refund, but still no response. My order status shows 'shipment delay.' All I want is a refund. No replies received. I doubt I will use this service again.
