Steer clear of this service! I found myself completely lost at an airport in New Zealand, faced with the choice of leaving my extra luggage behind or canceling my flight altogether. Once you book with them, you lose all control over your flights. Changes are impossible. I ended up paying over $700 for luggage that should have been included or could have been booked normally. I lost the entire voucher that was given to me because of this! I tried reaching out for help, but only had access to a chat window and no phone support. Did they assist me? Of course not, they just offered empty apologies. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider using this service!
