Great choices, simple process, quick and easy!
Only problem I had was with my bank confirming the purchase, however followed the online instructions and quickly sorted. Amazing gift - our recipient will be thrilled, she travels a lot and this will be a complete surprise.
This is the second time I've used the service and once again im left unimpressed. First time it took days for the team to price match as it was $1,000 cheaper to book direct through the airline. Second time was this week and I had 4 gift vouchers to use from my birthday and when it came time to pay for the flight, I was only able to use 3 vouchers to book. Leaving me having to pay my own cash for the remained. I asked if they could merge all 4 vouchers into one for the booking and apparently that couldn't be done. I won't be requesting vouchers again as this website is more expensive than booking direct.
These days it seems there are endless scams and this company is no exception. Your are throwing your money in the garbage by buying this and would just be gifting disappointment. The card did not list an expiry date, and when I tried to use it I was told I was past the expiry and I should have known. They were unwilling to consider the fact that they did not provide this information and I was days over. Additionally, you have to book through their portal to use the card. When you do, they can charge the price they set which is my case was higher than booking through the airline. They also become your flight distributor so they can block you from changing the flight or receiving a refund. They will tell you it’s your own fault as part of their “customer service”. If you want to buy a travel gift card, buy one directly from the airline or else you are burning your money.
This gift card process is really straightforward. I liked the fact that you can upload your own image to appear on the gift card, because I managed to put my friends face on it which makes it feel personalised and funny. Overall glad I bought this as a gift for my friend.

Once you book with them, you lose all control over your flights. Changes are impossible. I ended up paying over $700 for luggage that should have been included or could have been booked normally. I lost the entire voucher that was given to me because of this! I tried reaching out for help, but only had access to a chat window and no phone support. Did they assist me? Of course not, they just offered empty apologies. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider using this service!
