Two of my flights booked with Flightgift were canceled last minutes and the refund process is taking months compare the the usual few days when i book directly with the company. So my flightgift money is not accessible during weeks and weeks while this process is happening. If you book with Flightgift you wont be able to use your money right away in a situation where you flight was canceled. I’m writing directly with the flight company to get as much information on why it’s been taking so long and where my money worth is sitting in the meantime!

I understand that cancelations happens but the entire process of going thru Flightgift instead of directly is taking months instead of the regular few days!
