My recent experience with Flight Guru has left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. After receiving an email stating that my booking was "in process" and that I would receive further confirmation once the booking was confirmed, I was left hanging without any updates or clarity.I was initially lured in by their promises and received an email stating, "Your order could not be completed. Please note that refunds may take several business days to post back to your account. We look forward to hearing from you next time you travel"The term "refund" implies a return of funds for a service that was not rendered. However, I've been subjected to nothing but manipulation and mistreatment. Instead of honest communication, I was met with silence, and instead of a resolution, I received vague excuses about refund processing times.It's been 4 months now, and still I haven't received any refund. This experience has left me feeling cheated, disregarded, and incredibly disappointed in their services. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to think twice. The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism displayed in this situation is a clear indication of their inability to uphold their commitments to customers.My hope in sharing this review is that others will be spared the frustration and disappointment I've experienced. As consumers, we deserve better treatment and service.
