Hold times to speak with a customer service agent are outrageously long (45 minutes today). Attempted to open a chat with an "expert" but no one was online so I had to leave a message. On another occasion. ALASKA AIR canceled my original flight and Flight Guru wanted to charge me $75 per ticket to make the changes which should have been free. I'll stay home before I book thru Flight Guru again.
