This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked through Flight Hub and paid extra for cancellation and Flex Fare to change flights if need be. I tried to make changes to my flight and was told it was not going to cost me any extra, and was then told it was an extra $900 just to change the return flight. The total round trip cost was $750.00. I was online for 12 hours one day waiting for a live agent. Another day, 5 hours on the phone. Two other days, at least 5 hours waiting for a response from an AI agent. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. I called the original airline to see what the change to the flight would be if I had booked it through them, and was told it would be a free change. This company is scamming people out of money.
