Flighthub used my CAD 991.85 travel credit and charged my card CAD 1,786.19 for a flight I never approved.I spent hours confirming one specific itinerary and price in writing. They issued a different flight anyway. I immediately said “wrong flight” and asked them to reverse it. They refused.This is not buyer’s remorse. I did not change my mind. I objected right away and have full chat transcripts showing exactly what I approved versus what they issued.I am now forced to involve my bank and Québec consumer protection to recover money taken for a service I never agreed to.
