When I purchased a flight from FlightHub, an 'extra' fee was added right after the flight charge. Later on in the year, I could not go on the trip as I was sick and thus needed to cancel. They gave me the letter for cancellation, however, as it turned out, when I went to claim this flight with all the fees the 'extra' fee did not show on the cancellation letter with the other travel expenses associated for the flight. I contacted their call centre online and their 'AI' could not explain this fee and said that this fee did not show on 'their records' and thusly I could not claim it. This fee clearly is on my credit card statement as well. They are ripoff artists, DON'T EVER buy travel with these unscrupulous 'players' in the marketplace. On top of that, they are based in Quebec and if you need to claim anything thru the BBB you cannot as the BBB does NOT deal with Quebec companies. I am from British Columbia and this makes it difficult. NOW I am out $$$ and do not have any recourse to get my money back the money is not enough to take them to Quebec small claims. 0 Rotten Tomatoes.
