The only reason I’m leaving a five star review, is because of a trusted customer representative of yours, by the name of Mohammed Kary. He spent time today to review a situation I had, wanting to change a date of a flight. He kept in touch with me throughout the whole two hour wait time! This is an excellent customer rep and I believe he should be promoted within your company!

I booked ticket through flight hub agent on call . first Agent try to book flight via US.Since we all know that visitor visa is required . So Agent book the flight from Calgary to Delhi via London. While return ticket booked by agent from Delhi to Calgary via Munich and Frankfurt as layover.
Agent did not ask whether I have Schengen visa or not.

when I try to board a flight from Delhi , Lufthansa airline prohibited me from boarding. Since I don't have Schengen visa.

I called customer care number and they transfer the call to AI agent. Which did not done any thing. I waited one hour on international call for human agent come on call .no one attend the call.

Finally I booked another costly ticket from different airline to come to Canada.

very bad experience with flight hub and their service. We book ticket from agent so we can proper ticket and they should update as well for visa or any other requirement. Since they are doing booking work on daily basis.

Avoid this company at all costs. I paid thousands of dollars and never received an airline confirmation. This is a total scam.

Their "customer service" is a complete joke and designed to dodge you. When you call, the agents refuse to help, claiming they "only handle new bookings" before dumping you into an automated system. You’re then stuck in a loop with a useless robot named Mila—it is impossible to speak to a real human being.

The frustration only gets worse. After days of trying, the system claimed my flight was "changed" and Mila allegedly scheduled a new one. I thought it was finally resolved, but three weeks later, I still have zero confirmation. When I finally got through again, they had the nerve to tell me the new schedule isn't even available.

They have stolen my money and provided nothing but lies and automated excuses. Stay far away

I am writing to express my complain about serious errors in the handling of my ticket change request, which directly resulted in my wrongful denial of boarding and $2000 extra cost.

I purchased my Turkish Airlines ticket on Aug 8 through FlightHub. I received return flight schedule change notifications from on Sep 22 and Oct 2. You changed my return flight from Jan 1 to Jan 3 at no cost. However, on Jan 3, the Airline abounded me boarding due to your agent error on change handling process. Airline blamed your agent.
Unfortunately, your line was so busy and after 90 minutes waiting and missing the flight, your agent didn't solve it and I had to buy new ticket for $2000 extra cost.

When I purchased a flight from FlightHub, an 'extra' fee was added right after the flight charge. Later on in the year, I could not go on the trip as I was sick and thus needed to cancel. They gave me the letter for cancellation, however, as it turned out, when I went to claim this flight with all the fees the 'extra' fee did not show on the cancellation letter with the other travel expenses associated for the flight. I contacted their call centre online and their 'AI' could not explain this fee and said that this fee did not show on 'their records' and thusly I could not claim it. This fee clearly is on my credit card statement as well. They are ripoff artists, DON'T EVER buy travel with these unscrupulous 'players' in the marketplace. On top of that, they are based in Quebec and if you need to claim anything thru the BBB you cannot as the BBB does NOT deal with Quebec companies. I am from British Columbia and this makes it difficult. NOW I am out $$$ and do not have any recourse to get my money back the money is not enough to take them to Quebec small claims. 0 Rotten Tomatoes.

I registered for a FlightHub account while booking a flight. However, the flight I was booking at the time does not show in my account. I imagine that's because the booking and the account creation were done simultaneously. Still, if the flight could be booked, and the account created successfully during the same transaction, I see no reason the two could not be linked. I would like credit for that trip.

Meantime, and oddly, a booking I made (and had to cancel) back in 2023 is showing! All the more reason my upcoming trip should be there.

Frustrating Experience with Flight Booking

I attempted to book a flight from Calgary to Dhaka multiple times, specifically from February 7 to February 15. Each time, I encountered the message that the flights were not available. Even after reviewing the suggested options, none were accessible. I had high expectations for the service, but it ultimately wasted my time and left me feeling disappointed.

Unpleasant Experience with Non-Refundable Flights

I didn't realize when I booked our flights (from St. Kitts to St. Martin) that they were non-refundable... I'm not sure where that information was hidden! I canceled more than a month in advance, yet I still received several emails before the flight encouraging me to check in and select my seat. If I had booked directly with the airline, I wouldn't have faced this issue with refunds. Lesson learned. I won't be using this service again. The representative I spoke with also lacked empathy.
