Booked a flight with flight hub
My flight was cancelled and there wasn't any returning flights for the date that l needed to come home. They cancelled my flight and are giving me such a hard time to get a refund. I spent a total of 8 hours on the phone waiting to get connected to an agent. When l finally did the only thing she said was, she would put in a request for a flight home with no confirmation. I asked for an email with confirmation of speaking to her and she refused. There was one flight available at the time we talked which wasn't direct but would of got me home. l told her if you don't book it for me it might be a full flight. 3 days later still no confirmation. Back on the phone again for 3 hours on hold before l gave up. I at this time tried the what's app to talk to an agent. 18 hours of waiting and at one point Al said an agent is ready to chat with me in one minute another 8 hours later finally got to chat to find out that there are now no available flights home. I asked for a refund and they said we would put in a request but no refund for luggage and seats which was almost $400 . Tell me why l would have to pay for this when they cancelled my flight with no other options. On this chat the agent continues to try and get me to say l want to cancel. I said lm not canceling you cancelled it ,l just want my money back. This went on for hours. I think they try to get you to take the blame for a cancelled flight when they are the ones that cancelled it so they don't have to give you your money back. I since cancelled my whole trip not knowing what was going to happen and having the 48 hour time run out for cancelling my hotel for a refund. Flight hub has sucked the joy right out of planning a holiday. Do your research they had a lawsuit for fake reviews avoid this company at all costs,they are scammers
