If I could, I would give a Minus 5 rating, i would. Hands down the worse experience i have had in 25 yrs. Not a single human available to speak with to resolve a major issue that was generated off of FH's website.. FH relies on Ai which can't make decisions and unfortunately led to not getting to our destination. Their Ai told me that they would call back in 26 minutes the first time, then again in a short few minutes, yet i am still waiting for a text or call and it has been 10 hours since my first contact. I recommend that you don't use this site again.
