My wife booked a flight through them and spent over 48 HOURS trying to reach a real human being. Every single time, she was redirected to an AI system that was completely useless and couldn’t handle her issue.

She needed to reschedule her flight (for the second time), and because no actual support was available, she was unable to do so. As a direct result of FlightHub’s failure, she ended up missing her flight.

This is unacceptable. When you’re dealing with something as time-sensitive as travel, hiding behind AI with no access to real agents is simply irresponsible. Customers need real support — not endless loops with bots that solve nothing.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking with FlightHub. If something goes wrong, don’t expect to get real help.
