We booked an urgent flight home that we needed to take within one week. After booking, we received a confirmation, the money was charged from our bank account, and everything looked fine.
However, about 10 hours later, we suddenly received a message saying: “your booking has been cancelled.” The reason was never clearly explained, and even now we still do not fully understand what happened.

The most frustrating part is that the money had already been taken from our account, which created a serious problem because we urgently needed to travel and could not risk losing access to such a large amount.
Customer service was also very disappointing. To speak with a live agent, you need to stay on the phone for at least one hour, and everywhere else it is only robots in the chat giving automated replies that do not actually solve the issue.
We are very unhappy with the way this website handles urgent travel bookings and customer support.
We will never use this website again and definitely will not recommend it to others.
