I am sharing my experience to warn others before booking through Flight Network.
My flight with Air India Express was cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. The airline processed the refund and confirmed that the money was sent back to Flight Network on March 6th. However, more than a month later, I am still waiting for my refund.
Getting in touch with their customer support is extremely frustrating first you have to wait for hours just to reach someone, and when you finally do, they provide no clear answers or updates. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no sense of urgency despite the delay.
It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto customers’ money for this long after receiving it from the airline. This experience has been stressful and disappointing.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through Flight Network. Based on my experience, their post-booking support and refund handling are very poor.
