RUNAWAY! Such a scam. You think you are booking normal airline tickets, only to discover you have been OVER CHARGED flight, luggage and seats to the tune of $400!!! Then you have no recourse. FIled a dispute with my credit card company, which was going to take 90 days. My travel date was 30 days away.

I am extremely disappointed with Flight Network. My return flight for 5 passengers (Booking RMXJY5)

I am extremely disappointed with Flight Network. My return flight for 5 passengers (Booking RMXJY5) was canceled by Turkish Airlines back in June 2025. Flight Network sent me a confirmation on June 24, 2025, stating that the refund process had started.

It has been 8 months, and despite the airline confirming the cancellation, I have not received a single cent back for our 5 tickets. Every time I contact them, they give the same generic excuse. Holding a customer's money for 8 months is illegal under EU 261/2004 regulations.

I have already lived in Germany and officially escalated this case to the German SÖP (Conciliation Body for Public Transport) and my bank. I demand my refund immediately.

Order ID: 1053-279-006
Booking Code: RMXJY5

Update (25.02.2026):
Flight Network's response is unacceptable. You have been giving the same "30 working days" excuse for 8 months.
Under EU Regulation 261/2004, the refund must be processed within 7 days. 8 months is a gross violation of consumer rights.
Turkish Airlines has confirmed the cancellation long ago. The delay is on your side as the intermediary.
I have already submitted all evidence to the German SÖP (Case already open) and my bank for a Chargeback.
Stop hiding behind "airline workload" and release the funds for my 5 tickets (Order 1053-279-006) immediately. I will not remove this review or close my legal cases until the money is in my bank account.

Review Title: Charged twice for rebooking (2,175 SEK) but no ticket sent!
Review Text:
I am extremely disappointed with Flight Network. I paid for a rebooking from Sweden to Eritrea twice, but they still haven't sent the updated ticket.
On 20/02/2026, I paid 1,127 SEK to change the date to 06/06/2026. No ticket arrived.
On 23/02/2026, I contacted them again and was forced to pay another 1,048 SEK for the SAME change.
Despite paying a total of 2,175 SEK, they keep sending me the OLD ticket for 17/03/2026. This is a total scam and a breach of consumer rights. I have all the receipts (Order: 1107873618).
If I don't receive my ticket for 06/06/2026 immediately, I will report this to Konsumentverket and file a Chargeback with my bank.

I had an issue with my ticket and they took no responsibility for refund or altering the date. They claimed it was the airlines' responsibility. The airline, Lufthunsa, says that Flightnetwork.com is fully responsible for the alterations of flight or refunds. Between Lufthunsa and Flightnetwork, NOONE WANTS ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. BE CAREFUL!

I booked flights on Flight network and within 10 minutes I realized I clicked the wrong return time. Because it was within 24 hours, I was informed I could cancel. Once cancelled I was charged $252. I contacted Flightnetwork right away and they were unwilling to do anything. I even said book the flights again but they refused.

Felt tricked into believing I was on the SAS web site. Only figured this out after sale closed. Wanted to change something and there was zero cooperation or effort from their side; always hiding behind airlines while Flight Network was supposed to be my counterpart and I would expect some sort of service from them. My mistake was that I did not see through the fake SAS page to begin with. Anyways, will never use them again.

I booked a flight from Abotsford BC Canada to Cairo Egypt with a layover in Rome Italy. Before the departure I received a notification from the airline about a delay by adding an extra layover, with the new route I wouldn't make to my final destination.
I called them immediatly to resolve the setiuation asking them to find another plane later from Rome or change the whole trip to another one.
I was very flixable and I was willing to change the departure airport or wait for the next day but, they couldn't help except to cancel the whole trip and book another ticket on my own, I did that and I issued a refund request in Nov of 2025.
Since then and they are just ask me to wait to resolve an issue I don't understand and never been given a reason, they say just wait.
More than 3 months I pay interest and lose time waiting in a queue to talk to a rep or a supervisor and all I get is to wait and a promise to recieve a call or the refund within days but never happend.

I am writing this to warn innocent fellow travelers about the deceptive marketing practices of FlightNetwork and sister site Gotogate (both owned by Swedish parent company ETRAVELI GROUP).
As a frequent Lufthansa business traveler, I was searching for the official Lufthansa site on Google for a trip to Munich. FlightNetwork's 'Sponsored' ad appeared first at the top of the page, mimicking the official Lufthansa site so effectively that I was misled into a third-party booking. I even fell for their $124 'Flexible Ticket' add-on, thinking it was a standard Lufthansa Flex fare. It wasn't. It’s a junk fee for a 'service' Swedish parent company ETRAVELI GROUP has no intention of honoring (see other reviews).

As soon as I caught on (sadly right after payment), within minutes I cancelled the booking. I called Lufthansa and they cross-referenced Flightnetwork's ticket code to their's (PNR: CW8EJ3) that stated the ticket was officially VOIDED shortly after booking.
Despite the airline neutralizing the ticket immediately, Swedish parent company ETRAVELI GROUP refused to void the pending debit even after contacting their execs. Instead they intentionally 'settled' the charge to hold my $817.73 hostage and are even trying to claw back an unauthorized $45 fee for a service they never provided on a voided ticket.
This is a clear violation of new 2026 U.S. DOT mandates regarding prompt refunds and a predatory use of 'dark patterns' to trick travelers. A case has been filed with the USDOT.
To the Swedish parent company ETRAVELI GROUP team: I have already contacted your company execs. Chase Fraud is now on top of this and is coming for you next.

To my fellow travelers: Avoid these scammers at ALL costs! Triple check what sites you're really on; for peace of mind book direct when possible or pay the price to scammers down the road.
Safe and scam free travels!

I booked my flights through their website and paid for an extra checked bag at the time of booking.

I booked my flights through their website and paid for an extra checked bag at the time of booking. However, this baggage option was never transmitted to the airline. At the airport, the airline confirmed that only one bag was registered under my name, and I was forced to pay again directly at the airport in order to travel.

I provided all evidence (receipts, photos from the airline’s system) and submitted an official complaint, which was acknowledged, but I received no resolution or meaningful response.

In addition to this, FlightNetwork appears very prominently in Google search results and can easily be mistaken for an official airline website. Because of this, customers may end up paying significantly more than if they had booked directly with the airline — in my case, and in similar experiences, up to around 25% more for the same ticket.

Overall, this platform adds no real value compared to booking directly with the airline, charges higher prices, and offers very poor customer support when something goes wrong. I would strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead.
