Not happy at all……I was lead to believe I was booking directly through the airline and subsequently paid $400 AUD too much. Flight Network is third party booking company and in my opinion a complete rip off. I phoned them minutes after booking and it was clear I was not going to be helped. I paid for insurance which I looked into and the system was so complicated it just wasn’t worth the drama to pursue a refund. I do not recommend using this over priced company or the insurance they offer. In future I will be looking very closely before purchasing.
