Bought a flex ticket, paying extra in order to be able to change the date, if needed. So I wanted to change to only 1 day earlier, 2- 30 min chats, and 1 -2 hours call later, they say you have to pay the fee which was the same as buying a new ticket. i asked for the refund, as i was told i can't, so i could buy a new ticket.... The answer was no we can't. You talked to us, we offered you a solution which was literally buy another ticket. apparently my extra fee that i Paid ws for just talking to the. SCAM. Never buy from them
