Felt tricked into believing I was on the SAS web site. Only figured this out after sale closed. Wanted to change something and there was zero cooperation or effort from their side; always hiding behind airlines while Flight Network was supposed to be my counterpart and I would expect some sort of service from them. My mistake was that I did not see through the fake SAS page to begin with. Anyways, will never use them again.
