I had an issue with my ticket and they took no responsibility for refund or altering the date. They claimed it was the airlines' responsibility. The airline, Lufthunsa, says that Flightnetwork.com is fully responsible for the alterations of flight or refunds. Between Lufthunsa and Flightnetwork, NOONE WANTS ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. BE CAREFUL!
