Got a flight from bahrain to Tokyo and back and the war started in the middle so the flight back was canceled. They sent no emails about it. I spoke to chat agents which told me I have until March 10 to make a decision to ask for refund or rebooking. On March 7th I spent 7 hours during the night on the chat. Once I got an agent at 6 am, they told me I am a no show to the flight (there is no flight, bahrain is closed) and attempted to dissuade me from asking me for refund. I forced it and they emailed me that they submitted for a refund. It’s not April 1, I spoke to them again, and they said they haven’t even filed the refund request yet and to keep on waiting. Will never use again (I used them a lot)
