I followed a link that appeared to be to SAS' own website but found out too late that it was, in fact, Flightnetwork. Customer service was hopeless. The company doesn't allow addition of sports equipment at all. They informed me I had to do this directly with SAS but couldn't give me the SAS flight ref. no. necessary to do so. Prices were identical to the airline's own. SAS themselves were, as ever, very helpful.
