I booked tickets through a flight service advertised at £2300 for my family. I received a confirmation stating, "Thank you for your online order. Please find your booking summary below. Note that these are not the electronic tickets; your electronic tickets will be sent once all necessary confirmations from the airline are obtained as your reservation is still being processed. The service will review your order, and a sales consultant will contact you shortly. If you wish to speak with us, please call." The next day, a sales advisor called to inform me that the tickets I booked were no longer available and that I needed to pay an additional £200 due to a price increase since my initial booking. I found this suspicious and felt it resembled a scam. I would not have purchased these tickets for £2300 if I had known the true price was £2500. I am very dissatisfied with this service, as it feels deceptive and untrustworthy. I will not be using them again, and it seems this experience has occurred to many others as well!
