I had a terrible experience with this service. I booked and paid £588 for a flight to New Zealand, only to be contacted the next day about my seat. They claimed I had booked a basic seat, which was no longer available, and pressured me to upgrade to a standard seat for an additional £180. I refused, insisting on what was originally advertised. The extra cost then mysteriously dropped to £75! I requested a full refund, which was agreed upon by a representative who sent me a confirmation email. After that, I heard nothing! It has been over a month with no contact or refund. Completely untrustworthy!
Disappointing experience. The service took my payment for the flight, then stated that economy seats were no longer available and attempted to charge me extra for economy plus seats. When I declined, they informed me that refunds could take up to two weeks. Overall, very poor service.
I reached out to this travel agency on 18 December to inform them that I could not travel due to the loss of my sister and requested a cancellation based on compassionate grounds. I was asked to submit a death certificate, which I did without delay. Then, I was requested to provide proof of my relationship to my sister. Despite clarifying that no single document could establish a sibling relationship, especially when siblings don’t share the same father or surname, I submitted all reasonable supporting documents, including marriage certificates and our children’s birth certificates. The agency dismissed this evidence, insisting that only my sister’s birth certificate would be accepted, which I do not have access to. After spending over £3,000, I was initially offered just £90. This was later raised to £500, which I was given only one hour to accept during a time of mourning. It became apparent that this agency does not directly purchase tickets from the airline. Instead, bookings are made through an unnamed third-party supplier, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When issues arise, responsibility is shifted to this supplier, leaving the customer without assistance or accountability. There was a complete lack of empathy, flexibility, and genuine effort to resolve the situation. The entire process felt intentionally obstructive and punitive during a time of significant personal loss. I am now pursuing this matter through my card provider and formal complaint channels. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their decision before booking with this agency.

The next day, a sales advisor called to inform me that the tickets I booked were no longer available and that I needed to pay an additional £200 due to a price increase since my initial booking. I found this suspicious and felt it resembled a scam. I would not have purchased these tickets for £2300 if I had known the true price was £2500. I am very dissatisfied with this service, as it feels deceptive and untrustworthy. I will not be using them again, and it seems this experience has occurred to many others as well!

I booked a flight for £653 but received a call the next day saying I had to pay an additional £99 due to a price increase. I reluctantly paid the difference because I couldn't find a better option at the time. The next day, prices dropped back down, and the service was advertising the same flight for the original price of £653. I should have purchased the flight directly from the airline when I had the chance, as I ended up paying more and dealing with a lot of frustration.
