I had a terrible experience with this service. I booked and paid £588 for a flight to New Zealand, only to be contacted the next day about my seat. They claimed I had booked a basic seat, which was no longer available, and pressured me to upgrade to a standard seat for an additional £180. I refused, insisting on what was originally advertised. The extra cost then mysteriously dropped to £75! I requested a full refund, which was agreed upon by a representative who sent me a confirmation email. After that, I heard nothing! It has been over a month with no contact or refund. Completely untrustworthy!
