I received product as promised of which are brilliant quality, initially I thought I’d received a ripped poster however was just the thank you note. Prior to unrolling the poster I saw the tear so I did contact customer service who responded exceptionally fast and suggested it was just a slightly ripped thank you note. Great product! Brilliant customer service!
