The team at Flight Poster Store, and specifically Sebastian, have been an example of how to operate. The UK-based courier company failed an initial delivery, providing no updates, answers, or feedback - and failed to follow up, as promised - however Sebastian kept me informed, proactively, throughout the enquiry process, apologising (despite it being totally out of FPS's control) - and took complete ownership of the issue, and saw it through to resolution, going above and beyond (in terms of information and generosity) throughout. Benchmark has been set for all organisations to aspire to! The products (aircraft posters) are superb quality too - almost as good as the customer service! 5 stars simply aren't sufficient.
