I had a very disappointing experience with Flightright.I submitted my flight delay claim over a year ago and provided every document they requested, often replying within hours. In return, I received almost only automated messages asking for the same information repeatedly, with very few real replies from an actual person.Despite my cooperation, my case never progressed. There were no updates, no clear explanations, and no evidence that Flightright took any concrete steps to move the claim forward. At one point I even asked for a proper update, and I still received template responses as if nobody had actually read my emails.Eventually, due to the complete lack of progress, I had no choice but to take my case to AviationADR, which is a free service. ADR reviewed the case properly and awarded compensation — something Flightright failed to achieve despite holding my case for months.Based on my experience:Slow or nonexistent communicationAutomated replies instead of real assistanceNo progress on the claimHad to pursue the case independently through ADRUnfortunately, I cannot recommend Flightright. My case was handled poorly and I lost a lot of time waiting for a service that ultimately delivered nothing.
