The company were very transparent and professional. They sent regular updates on the progress of the case and advised on the best course of action should the airline want to contact you directly and settlement of my claim was swift once the outcome of the case was known. The initial process of claiming was quite straightforward also, and then it was just a case of waiting for email updates once they had all the initial information. Would definitely use again.

I am writing here with the hope that someone from flightright can get back to me. In Sept 2023 I have opened a ticket with british airways for a delayed flight of over 6 hours - no response.
I have then opened a case with flight right In October 2023 however a couple of days after, British airways got back to me asking more info. At that point I have asked flightright to close the case however I never received a response. Couple of months later I received a settlement from BA.
Fast forward Feb 2026( 2 and half years later) I received an email from first flight that they will commission my case to their lawyers. I sent them numerous emails and even tried to call to no avail. Unfortunately this company lacks communication
For almost 1.5 years, this company has attempted to bill me for a service they never delivered. Despite my thorough explanations and the information I provided, nothing has improved. They assert that upon contacting them, they believe they are entitled to a commission from any refund I receive from the airline, irrespective of the reason or whether they played any role. This is entirely unacceptable. I resolved my issue directly with the airline before reaching out to this company, and now they are trying to profit from a resolution they had no part in. I find this company untrustworthy and would not recommend it to anyone.

They charge 27% plus an additional 14% for litigation fees, along with VAT, yet they seem to believe that claimants should accept less than 50% of their claim. Communication is poor; emails go unanswered for over 30 days, and there's no dedicated phone line or assigned agent for case management. There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding what happens behind the scenes, and the fluctuating fees for their subpar services are frustrating. It feels predatory, taking advantage of people's misfortunes. The idea that fees wouldn't be adjusted for multiple clients is unreasonable. Enjoy the 52.36% of €0 commission. This operation reflects the troubling state of society, where companies justify ignoring regulations with falsehoods, and those who claim to aid individuals are merely looking to profit from them. Meanwhile, the authorities impose fines on airlines but fail to support citizens in their legal struggles, creating an endless cycle of exploitation. You may call me disillusioned or a complainer, but this experience has been anything but satisfactory.

I would rate it zero if possible; my claim has been ongoing for three and a half years with very limited updates (always vague even when I ask for specific information on progress). There is no end in sight, and it frustrates me reading other reviews where people claim to have received their compensation shortly after submitting their claims… Are these reviews even real?
